How We Work
Bill Peters Architects simultaneously manages between thirty and fifty active projects, making it imperative that we streamline our design process and project management. Bill Peters is the Principal and Chief Designer on all projects. Each project is assigned a Project Manager who supervises technical and administrative support staff. 
The Project Manager works closely alongside the Project Coordinator, who oversees projects to insure proper staffing based on the scope and timeline of each individual project. Every week at Bill Peters Architects begins with a project coordination meeting, during which all active jobs are monitored and the status of each is assessed. During this time, needs and resources are evaluated and distributed according to deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. Our commitment to providing exceptional architectural services on time and within budget is the key to our success.
