The Ledges

Planned Community

The Ledges of Huntsville is a master-planned community in Huntsville, AL.  The Ledges was designed using Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) principles and is based the model of early American towns in the region.  BPA was invited to participate in the architectural development in the early phases of the project.  We designed the model home at the entrance to the development and have since designed over thirty custom houses at the Ledges.  We also have a portfolio of approved stock plans that can be built at The Ledges or elsewhere.   The photos and renderings provided represent our work.
