Frank H. Neville
Senior Architect/Project Manager
Frank has been a practicing Registered Architect in the Tennessee Valley area for over forty years. He is experienced in all phases of architecture and provides consultation and assistance in the areas of production of contracts, construction documents, technical specifications, project management, and construction administration.
Originally from Meridian, Mississippi, Frank became interested in architecture during his junior year of high school. He attended the Alabama Polytechnic Institute, now Auburn University, and graduated in 1958 with a B.A. in Architecture. For thirty-two years, Frank served in the Air National Guard as a Civil Engineering Staff Engineer and as Squadron Commander of the 117th Civil Engineering Squadron, Alabama Air National Guard in Birmingham. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
