Noel H. Shinn
Practice Manager/Project Coordinator/Planning Associate
Noel is the Practice Manager, Project Coordinator, and Planning Associate at BPA. She has been with the firm since 1998. Noel graduated from the University of Alabama in 1990 and returned to North Alabama after working for several years in the DC and ATL metro areas. Noel’s continuing education has included the study of the principals of town planning, place making and downtown revitalization. She provides assistance to clients, interacting on their behalf, with municipal planning and zoning boards, building departments, historic commissions, and other city and county departments. She also prepares and facilitates public hearings. Noel is experienced in all facets of architectural contract administration and project management. She works with clients selecting interior finishes for commercial projects and is the contact for all commercial vendors.
Noel is also a certified yoga instructor who enjoys working on her old house, working in her yard and drinking wine with friends on the porch.
